Living at Altis Cypress Creek has been an overall wonderful experience. However, I would like to see more security patrolling the grounds and the front gates. Some individuals, primarily guests, find it necessary to enter through the exit. Continuation of such activity will lead to an unpleasant event.
It's a great place to live. The complex has great amenities. It's located minutes away from 95 and the florida's turnpike. The units are spacious and up to date.
HAVE BRAG ABOUT ALTIS TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY, BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS, AND EXCELLENT ANEMITES, I CALL ALTIS AN OASIS IN A DESERT, HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS, THE ONLY COMPLAIN I'VE IS THAT THEY CATER TO LAW ENFORCEMENT ON PARKING POLICY! THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PARK THERE PATROL VECHILES WHERE THEY PLEASE!!! REGARDLESS OF (SAFETY) TO OTHER LAW ABIDING RESIDENTS!!! IT'S NOT FAIR WE ARE EQUAL HERE, WE SHOULD ALL FOLLOW THE RULES IN PLACE AT ALTIS REGARDLESS WHO WE ARE!!!! THE FRONT- OFFICE STATE THAT THERE HANDS ARE TIED AND THEY CAN'T ENFORCE PARKING TO OFF-DUTY POLICE, THIS IS A PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT CMPLEX WITH OUR OWN RULES!!! IF I FOLLOWED THEM WE SHOULD ALL DO THE SAME.
The maintenance is great and punctual whenever there is a problem with your unit. The parking is terrible. Visitors should have guest parking areas. It is really frustrating especially when you pay so much for rent. Altis should look into that. Serious accidents can occur when driving ...the roads are narrow and winding and most residents are not cautious drivers. The both gates (incoming) open at the same time when a resident and guest are coming in which is another accident waiting to happen. Overall the place is lovely inside as well as outside. Just too much on the increase of rent upon renewal of lease. We should be rewarded for being loyal residents upon renewal. Two on the parking ....everything else gets a 4.5.
I will tell them it is great and I love it here. Nice place, nice staff, and I would tell them to check it out right away.

It's calm, quiet, no problems when maintenance is needed; It's easy to schedule. You can hear your neighbor sometimes, but it's pretty quiet. There is usually enough parking spaces, unless you come home really late you might have to park kinda far. A little pricey on rent, but it does have newer and nicer features than most around.
I'm thankful for the altis community. I enjoy living here for the past 2 years. Safe environment, friendly staff, and nice emenities. Keep up the great work!
It's safe, quiet despite being located in a busy area and just off the Turnpike. The amenities are nice and it's lovely.

Altis has a beautiful landscape and it's kept clean at all times. The design of the units and the appliances are superior. The neighbors are very friendly. The amenities are awesome. Other properties simply don't measure up!
comfortable living, however the parking is an issue. Usually after 11pm I am unable to find parking. Some residents have the garage and dont use it. For the money I pay for rent, there should be no issue with parking.

its wonderful, very nice, quiet, clean and its feel like i am in heaven. The staff is very nice. The only thing this does not apply to the altis staff, but get a reliable comcast person that will return phone calls. I had to go out on my own to a comcast office stand in line for about one hour to sign up for comcast. Then I waited two weeks, to get service. I used the lobby wireless when I was able to go there with my labtop, and after hours I would go to the jim with my laptop. So please look into this, i did call from Mass. also.
